Linguini with Basil and Peas
      serves 4
      
        Ingredients
        
            - 1 lb linguini, cooked
- 1 C	peas, cooked
- 1 T	olive oil
- 1 T	butter
- 2 T	lemon juice
- 1/4 C basil, thin slice
- 2 oz Parmigiano cheese, shaved
- 1/4 C pasta water
 
      
        Instructions
        
            - Heat the oil and butter in a skillet, then add the pasta, lemon juice, and pasta water. Season to taste.
- Plate the pasta, garnish with the peas, basil and cheese, and serve.
